You can thank Bill Gates for that. When the reviews are written, it is often in Word. Word replaces some of the punctuation with more stylized versions automatically. You can turn it off, but it is a bit hard to find. I'm working with Tom and Everett to make sure they do that. When you copy/paste into the website, HTML doesn't like those stylized versions and often gives an error. As I see them, I'm fixing them.
