Default Milwaukee 2602 Spec Change?

I went to buy a 2602 Hammer drill today, and because there was so many versions/packaging, I payed attention to what was in the box. The biggest thing was the low range rpm went from 450 to 550 and the torque is now 525 where it used to be 550. I confirmed this with the website, called Milwaukee myself to ask why, and the techs were not working until after New Years to answer my question....funny, I thought Chinese New Years was not for a while! (LOL) The biggest dissappoint was that I testsed out a few of them in store, and all of them had from very bad to slightly a little chuck wobble! (I also post on amazon.com about this)

Does anyone else have this chuck wobble prob, or know why the spec change?

I hadn't noticed the change, but I wonder if it's just a modification in the spec used to rate the torque. Not sure why speed would change. As far as I know, the RedLithium batteries don't affect speed.
